Description
Colour: Light amber colour and acre tones.
Aroma: Mild aroma with notes of bitter almond, grape must and fine wines.
Taste: Fruity, with strong character of fine wines, balanced notes of raisins, grapes and oak
PREPARATION: Distilled and aged through the typical process of Jerez in white oak barrels soaked in wine. A blend of the three spirits (column, column stills and brandy) predominate the stills.
